Villas

Our four Villas are a popular choice for those preferring privacy and independence with the security of the village complex.

St Albans Retirement Village have villas with a lounge, kitchen/dining, bathroom, laundry and one or two bedrooms with built in wardrobes. Some garaging is available.

Villas are each equipped with their own nurse call buttons in the bedrooms, bathroom and living areas linked to the main rest home. Smoke detectors and an intercom are provided.

All of the facilities and activities within the village are available to villa residents and residents are encouraged to participate in the village lifestyle.

A weekly fee covers rates, building insurance, exterior maintenance, gardening, nurse call and security.
